Officers must prove themselves in great ways, they must posses the ability to think outside of the box, have a decent cool in a tight spot, and be able to relax when the goin gets tuff.

when we select an officer for advancemnt we consider several things

  1. dedication
  2. rl experiance with the job in application
  3. ability to follow orders, and the ability to respond when orders are not available
  4. the ability to provide for the job in question
  5. the ability to make the job your own.

we are alwasy observing your reactions to situations, and as long as u keep your cool you will get noticed. all of our officers ther in turn watch those under them to assist them in the growing and learning process, because regardless of weather or not u have sp, or have been playing 6 years, we will all need to learn how to work well with eachother.

as a corp manager myself i will tell you first hand the job requiers you to be a servant and a leader. you must always learn from those who you lead, so that when it comes time to leading, you know enough about them to make the experiance that much better. if you do not know your subordanits, you will not have there trust when it comes time to get down with it.

this is all true for the industry side, the fleet side, and the diplomatic side.

we are nothing without our members, but as we grow and we get steadily larger, the managers will be the nerv system in the corp body and they will be responsable for keeping the charge and the movement of us going.
