The FC talks to the wing commanders while listening to intel,
The WC listens to FC and talks to squad commanders
The squad commanders are listening to wing commanders and talking to squad members
squad members talk to squad commanders and communicate to harmonize there action
The following is proper Fleet chat procedure
Intel only, which means the spotting of reds, in a simple format
example: i have seen 3 reds in erzoh moon 2 belt 2 so i simply state( 2 /erzo m2 ab2 )
the reason for putting the first 4 letters is because that is how the game system is set up the first 4 usually determine the name in a case that doesn't match up it will be up to you while linking the name to chose the right one
The following is proper fleet behavior
We represent an honorable corporation, as such we will not participate in can flipping, we will occasionally do gate busts and may offer our assistance to the larger null sec alliances to assist with there border patrol
we pride ourselves on proper attitude, just because we lost that fight doesn't mean we lost the war, and in a case where that happens, we will not curse our enemy's, we will thank them for the fun and the fight, because we are the ones at fault, neither will we brag or gloat about winning a fight, we will remain happy and up beat, and we will always encourage good sportsmanship.
If you have a problem with a Superior officer it will be taken to the person in direct chain of command above him, as well if there is a problem with tactics or decisions, remember this isnt a political machine this is a war machine, we will not have a choice sometimes, your duty is to be respected regardless of what class or tier you are in.
any problem within the same rank will be taken to the commanding officer and will be mediated, we will not tolerate overlong aggression aimed at fellow fleet mates, if the problem cannot be resolved you will be separated and transferd, and if that is unavailable there will be decisions made by the military fleet council
we will always do our best to follow through with the orders and tasks placed upon ourselves by our commanding officer
Positive actions
If you make 10 kills you will receive a bronze medal of war
if you make 20 kills you will receive a silver medal of war
if you make 30 kills you will receive a gold medal of war
If you make 40 kills you will receive a medal of blood lust
if you make 50 kills you will receive a medal of warrior
if you lose a ship in war, you will be compensated for fittings, but insurance is up to u, unless of course you have a special case
if you make 1 tour of war you receive a medal of action
if you make 2 tours of war you will receive a silver medal of action
if you make 3 tours of war you will receive a gold medal of action
and if you make 4 tours of war you will receive the war dog medal
any subsequent tours you make will be started from the bottom to top again
if you show advanced thinking, and capable acting under stress and duress, you will be recommended for advancement, advancements in peace take place once a week if needed but at a set time every weekend
during war the advancements can happen on the spot with order from the war council
Chain of command
The chain of command is as follows:
FC is the head he answers to the corp c.e.o. as well as takes over corp policy during war, works directly with the c.e.o. and is the head of the war council when the ceo is not present
Admiral: this rank answers to the FC and is the direct link between FC and the fleet, they are responsible for fleet command, when the FC is not present
Vice Admiral: serves as the assistant to the Admiral, and is in charge when the Admiral or FC is not present
Wing Commander: answers to the levels above as well as next in line of command succession
General: acts as a wing commander and relays commands from the upper ranks to the squad commanders
The following all share status and equality, they are considered equals in the eyes of the fleet
Private 3rd class: highest ranking enlisted soldier this is the last step b4 being considerd into officers training,
Private 2nd class: mid ranking enlisted soldier
private 1st class: entry level enlisted soldier
War Council
The war council is headed by the FC and contains members from all over the fleet, the FC is the only permanat spot on the council, and as such the council is replaced once a month with a designated succesor vote, the war council members will stay in office after a month only if the war started 2 weeks befor there end term, or before and is still in progress, they will be releived of council duiteis after the war is over and the damage has been repaird,
Anyone on the war council does not receive a rank, or a pay increase, they are in place to determin the advancement of fellow soldiers and to represent the members of the fleet during councils, the council is set up soley to assist the FC in judging the training, sklls, and willingness of soldiers,
During war or peace the War Council is also considerd as the judge and jury we here all cases of military dispute within the ranks, and if needed assist the civilian sector in making decisions when fellow soldiers have a problem with eachother and the dispute is unresolvable by normal procedures
If you are called to hold trial in front of the War council your attendance is requierd and if u fail to show up, regardless of excuse you will forefeit your claim and if you are the defendant in a case you will lose your ability to defend yourself and state your case, in the event that both parties are not present the case will be dismissed and if the problem persists another will be held, after 3 unsuccesfull shows to a trial, the offender will be booted from fleet , and has the possability of being booted from corp.
War time management:
During war there will be no tolerance for selfishness, everyone and anyone in fleet is expected to follow the orders given to them by the commanding officer, in a case where the commanding officer is going against commands given to him/her from there commanding officer, and the pilots under his command know, they are requierd to report him to the FC directly and if the FC is not present then they are requierd to directly contact an Admiral. if the piolets do not know the commanding officer is going against commands they will not be held accountable, but will be requierd to answer to the war council while they determin the proper corse of action.
Any pilot going against a commanding officer will be instantly releived of duity and placed on stasis untill a war council will be available to determin punishment for the pilot
During war time the fleet is in charge of corp procedure and will be responsable for the safty of the civilians, as well as the offencive attack of the reds and the defence from the reds depending on orders and division
Peace time management:
During peace time the fleet will remain at the ready by playing in "War Games" the fleet will be at a relaxed state meaning that they will go about compleating missions as squads and fleet, and will assist in exploration of wormhols as the defence for the civilian miners or salvagers,
the fleet will take out any civilian forces willing to do missions, and will offer there military experties to the civilain side, the peace time policy is one fo relaxment and practice, so we can be fully ready when a war comes and when that time comes we will retain our ability to work as a group and as a fleet
the war council will determin peace time missions such as gate busts, and red hunting in nul sec, as well as offer defence for miners in low sec requiering our assistance, we will offer our help and assistance to all miners not just our own, we will not stand for pirate bullying and we will assist any pilot who needs it and requests it or accepts our offer to assist, we are honorable pilots and follow no red no shoot policy unless that person is a known agressor and is threatening a freindly or a nutural pilot, we are defenders not attackers

The foolowing section will be updated when a proper war council is in place, in order to change policy a popular vote is needed amung the WAR COUNCIL. the FC holds the power of veto, and when this veto is used if ever, the veto can only be overturned by a 100% corp vote meaning everyone and anyone within corp is requierd to vote on this change
