Introduction to management 

we at this corp are responsable for everyone regardless of personal likes or dislikes. our primary goal is to serve eachother to create an enviornment worth playing in; create a world of our own in eve. we expect our managers to be courtious, helpful, giving, and capable. if u are in line for managemnt clerance congradulations. here are some tips to help u stay on course and act according to alliance goals and ethics.

•  give it ur best there is no failing. u have already won by becoming a manager. the only step left is to stay active and keep up the same attitude. if u start acting all powerful or u start worrying more about your promotion then the good of the members below u u will never get to the next level.
• if you are promoted to a position, and feel at a later date that u are unable to perform these duties. you are free to be honorably demoted. u will control your level of work. not us. if we become to much take a break. the command path will be here when u get back.
• communicate with ur Superior and ur equals. make communication easy between u and ur subordinates.
  
• do not start command other commanders squads around just because u equally rank or outrank them. stick to your own squad or team.
• when a decision is made do everything in ur power to support and complete the task, even if u voted or asked for the other way. there will be a time when the shoe is on the other foot so just play along remember its just a game, and u cant take it to seriously.
• we pride our managers on our trust and our willingness to give chances, some call it ignorance or stupidity, we call it risky investment.
  
• make the job at hand a fun one. make it your own. and don't be afraid to use ur authority to start ops and get the ball rolling on missions. we want to see u working for yourself.
